oToBrite hereby declares that the products supplied by oToBrite are developed, manufactured, and supplied in accordance with oToBrite's internal compliance procedures, which are designed to support compliance with applicable requirements of the United States National Defense Authorization Act (“NDAA”), including applicable restrictions and prohibitions relating to covered telecommunications equipment, services, and designated restricted entities under the NDAA.

oToBrite maintains a responsible supply chain management system and conducts reasonable reviews and due diligence of its suppliers, manufacturing partners, and relevant third-party service providers to reduce the risk that oToBrite products knowingly incorporate prohibited components, technologies, or services associated with entities restricted under applicable NDAA requirements.

Furthermore, oToBrite is committed to:

• Maintaining reasonable transparency and traceability throughout its supply chain;
• Conducting appropriate due diligence on suppliers and business partners;
• Supporting compliance with applicable regulatory requirements for products supplied to customers; and
